Epsilyte's Largest Production Facility Achieves Carbon Neutrality
Epsilyte, a leading producer of advanced materials in North America, announces that its largest production facility has been certified carbon neutral by SCS Global.
As a signatory to the U.N. Global Compact, Epsilyte is committed to carbon neutrality. With this SCS Global certification of their Peru, IL site, Epsilyte has achieved a significant milestone in its journey to be fully carbon neutral by year-end 2023. Epsilyte is excited to work with Cool Effect to offset carbon emissions and is committed to reducing absolute carbon emissions by 30% before 2050.

Now that the Peru, IL and The Woodlands, TX locations are certified carbon neutral for 2021 scope 1 and 2 emissions, next Epsilyte will achieve scope 1 and 2 neutrality for its Montreal, QC and Piqua, OH locations while working with suppliers on scope 3 emissions.
